If you can’t format the destination drive for whatever reason, such as if you have too much other useful data on it, you have another option. Once formatted, you should be able to move larger files without seeing the ‘file too large for target file system’ error. Select Start and let the formatter do its work.Select NTFS from the File System drop-down list.
